Calling the Hudson Valley CISM Team

phone number where he/she can be reached. Shortly
afterward, a Team Coordinator will return the call at the
designated number.
The Hudson Valley CISM Team Coordinator will need the
following information:

2. Incident information
3. Suggested time and place for team
intervention
